Le Chef Restro Bar

Le Chef Restro Bar is located on the Delhi Mathura Road in Sector 37. The exact spot is 146/37 and it sits right where the traffic from the highway is the loudest. You can hear the big trucks rumbling past all day and night. We have a kitchen in the back that gets very hot during the summer months. The cooks are always sweating over the stoves while they prepare the orders. We have a long bar counter where the wood is starting to show some wear and tear. The tables are set with simple cloths and we try to keep the salt and pepper shakers filled up. Being on Mathura Road means we get a lot of people who are just passing through on their way to Delhi. They look tired from the road and just want a place to sit for an hour. We spend our mornings cleaning the front glass because the dust from the highway settles on everything. Sector 37 is a busy area and there is always something going on outside our door. We have a small staff and we all take turns doing different jobs like cleaning the floors or taking the trash out. The lights inside are a bit dim which helps people relax after driving. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the basic stuff you need for a restaurant. It’s a lot of work keeping a place going on such a busy road like this one.
