Lbrs Developers & Promoters Private Limited is situated in Ashoka Enclave Part-Ii. We are on the first floor of Scf-6. It’s a decent spot, though you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. The office looks out over the enclave and we can see people going about their business throughout the day. We have been working in development and promotion for a while now, mostly around this area. It involves a lot of talking to people and trying to find the right spots for new projects. Our desks are usually covered in brochures and site maps. It isn’t the most organized place in the world, but we have a system that works for us. We drink a lot of coffee and spend hours on the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. We aren't some big firm from the city center; we are local and we know the streets here. People in the enclave know us and they stop by to chat or ask about property prices. We try to give them the best information we have without any of the sales talk. It is just a regular office doing regular work. We like being on the first floor because it keeps us away from the noise of the street just enough to focus on the numbers.
