Lavraj Builtech Private Limited is based in Faridabad, specifically in Sector-46. Our office is set up at H.No. 388 on the second floor. It’s a residential area, so it’s got a more personal feel than a big office park. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a climb, but it keeps us moving. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, handling various building and tech-related projects. The office isn’t huge, but it’s got everything we need. We have a couple of big tables for laying out plans and some decent computers for the technical side of the work. Most days, it’s just the sound of typing and some quiet conversation about ongoing jobs. We’re not into big marketing pushes or flashy signs. Most of the people we work with come to us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen what we’ve done elsewhere in Faridabad. We like the 121001 area because it’s well-connected and we can get around the city fairly easily. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello, which makes it feel like a real community. We focus on getting the work done right the first time so we don’t have to keep going back. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it seems to work for us and the people we build for. We usually finish up late and head home through the quiet streets.
