Our office is situated at 5E-38 in the NIT area of Faridabad. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a good while now. Kromium Consulting isn't a big name you’d see on a billboard, but we have our own steady way of doing things. The office is pretty basic, with some desks, chairs, and a small area where we can have our lunch. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their business needs and trying to give some practical advice. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated theories. We just look at the situation and say what we think would work best. It’s honest work, and we like it that way. The NIT area can be quite lively, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in our lives. It makes working together a lot easier when things get stressful. We aren’t interested in becoming some huge firm where nobody knows anyone else’s name. We like being a local Faridabad business. Sometimes the paperwork piles up and we have a bit of a scramble to get through it, but we always manage. It’s just a simple office where we put in our hours and try to be helpful to anyone who comes through the door. We don't have any big corporate slogans, just a lot of common sense and hard work.
