Our shop is located at I-32/36 in the DLF Industrial Area, Phase-I. It is a busy part of the city with lots of factories and warehouses. We mostly handle different kinds of industrial tools. The shelves are filled with heavy items and sometimes it’s hard to find a spot to stand when a new shipment comes in. We have been working out of this space for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the orders to worry about that. It’s a practical space. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and a couple of us who manage the paperwork. We don't have a website that looks like a tech company; we just talk to people on the phone or when they drop by. People come to us when they need something specific for their production lines. We try to keep the common stuff in stock at all times. The traffic in Phase-I can be a bit much in the evenings, so we usually try to get the shipping done early. We have a small tea stall just outside where we go for breaks. It’s a decent place to work, and we know our neighbors well. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The metal shutters are heavy to lift every morning.
