Krishna Gravure Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 13/7, inside the GD Industries area on Mathura Road. If you’ve ever driven down Mathura Road, you know how busy and industrial it feels. Our place is tucked inside the industrial complex, so it’s surrounded by other factories and workshops. There’s always the sound of machines running and trucks moving gear around. It’s a very practical environment. We spend our days dealing with the gravure work, which is pretty technical but we just treat it as a regular job. The floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of ink or grease somewhere because that’s just the nature of the work. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People know us because we’ve been in this spot for a while and we just do the work. The traffic on Mathura Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but we just plan around it. We usually have a small break in the afternoon to have some snacks and just relax for a minute before getting back to the rolls. It’s a gritty, honest place to work and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. It's just a steady daily routine for us.
