Our company is Kremn Constructions. We are located right opposite the YMCA College in Faridabad. The address is 20/1. The PIN code is 121006. Being near the college means there are always students around. It makes the area feel lively. We are a private limited company. We do a lot of construction work around this part of Faridabad. Our office is a straightforward place. We have some desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and lots of site photos pinned to the wall. We’ve been across from the college for a while now. You can see the college gates from our front door. We mostly focus on residential and small commercial builds. It’s a lot of coordination with laborers and material suppliers. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up quotes. We drink a lot of tea from the stall at the corner. The office floor is concrete. It’s easy to clean when people come in with muddy boots from the sites. We don't bother with expensive furniture. We prefer things that last. The name Kremn is just something we picked. We are a small team, maybe five or six people on a good day. We know the local building codes like the back of our hand. It’s just how we spend our time. Working in Faridabad keeps us on our toes. We are usually here six days a week. We just get on with it.
