We operate Kopack India out of Plot No 9 on Industrial Area Road in Faridabad N I T. Being in the industrial zone means it's always noisy and there are trucks moving around constantly. We focus on packaging materials. It's a lot of cardboard, tape, and plastic rolls stacked up in the warehouse. The floor is concrete and stays cool even in the summer, which is nice. We started here because the location makes it easy for transport. We aren't a giant factory with hundreds of workers. It's just a small team of us making sure orders go out. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or checking the machines. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the morning fixing a belt or a motor. It’s part of the job. The air around here smells like old paper and machinery oil. We don’t have a fancy front office for meetings. Usually, people just come to the loading dock if they need to talk to us. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The road outside gets pretty dusty when it hasn't rained. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. Dealing with packaging isn't the most exciting thing, but it's what we know how to do. We just make sure the boxes are the right size and the quality is okay before they get loaded up.
