Kiyansh Buildcon Private Limited is located at 1000, H.B Colony, in Sector 18. This is part of Old Faridabad, so the vibe is much more established and traditional than the newer parts of town. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The office is small and filled with the smell of old paper and sometimes the smell of diesel from the machinery parked nearby. We do a lot of residential and small commercial builds around this area. Everyone knows everyone here, so you can't afford to do a bad job or your name is ruined. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and making sure we get the best materials we can find. It’s a hands-on business. You can’t run a construction company from a laptop; you have to be there to see if the bricks are straight. Sometimes we have to deal with old pipes or tricky ground conditions that weren't in the plans, but that’s just part of the job in an older city. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website with stock photos. It’s just us, our tools, and the people we hire. We keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day work. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over some dusty plans or talking on the phone with a contractor. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we know.
