Kaya Rasa

Kaya Rasa is over at Shop Number 16 in the NIT area of Faridabad. We are right near The Perfect Bake in Market 21C, so people usually find us while they're out doing their daily errands. It’s a small place, not a huge establishment, but we keep it clean and keep the food moving. We started this because we wanted to have a spot in the local market where people could get something to eat without any fuss. The location is pretty convenient for anyone living around NIT. We spend a lot of our day prepping in the kitchen and making sure everything is ready for the lunch rush. It gets quite lively around here in the afternoons. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one. You’ll find us there most days, just working away. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is really just on the cooking and making sure everyone who walks in gets what they need. It’s been good being part of the 21C market community. We see a lot of the same people every day. If you’re walking past the bakery, you’ll see us right there. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with our food and how we run things. Most of the time it's just a few of us behind the counter making sure things get done right for whoever comes in.
