You can find us at Shop Number 123 inside the Huda Market Shopping Complex. It’s right in Sector 37, so it’s usually pretty lively around here with people doing their daily shopping and running errands. We’ve been dealing with properties in this area for quite some time now. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just talking to folks who want to move or sell their place for one reason or another. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. Sector 37 has changed a lot, with new people coming in and prices going up and down every few months. We just try to give people the real story on what a place is actually worth. Our office isn't very big, just a few chairs and a lot of paperwork piled up. We don't use any high-tech systems to match buyers. It’s mostly just knowing who is looking for what in the neighborhood. Sometimes we spend the whole day on the phone, other times we’re out walking through houses and checking out plots of land. People stop by the shop while they’re out getting groceries. It’s a convenient spot for that. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, trying to help neighbors find a decent spot to live or work. It’s a bit noisy with the market right outside, but we like the energy of the place. We just take things one day at a time. It’s not fancy, but it works for us.
