Kashyap Ice Cream Manufacturers

It is quite cold in here most of the time, which I guess makes sense for an ice cream place. We are located over in Vasant Kunj, specifically in Pocket B at 1117. Kashyap Ice Cream Manufacturers has been running from this spot for some time. It is not a huge factory or anything like that, just a place where we get the mixing and freezing done every day. In the mornings, we usually check the machines first to make sure everything stayed frozen overnight. The noise of the compressors is something you just get used to after a week or two. We handle a lot of different flavors, and the smell of vanilla or strawberry is usually hanging in the air. People around Vasant Kunj probably see our small trucks heading out for deliveries quite often. It’s a busy routine, especially when the summer hits and everyone wants something cold. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to jump to get the backup started so nothing melts. That is the stressful part of the job, honestly. My hands are usually cold from handling the tubs and the packaging. We keep the space as clean as we can because that's important for food. It’s a decent living, and we’ve been at 1117 for a good stretch of years now. Nothing too complicated about it, just making ice cream and getting it out the door to whoever needs it.
