Kartik Aggarwal Constructions Llp is located in the basement of Plot No 55, over in Block 5 of Eros Garden. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief when things get hot in Faridabad. It’s a quiet spot in Eros Garden, away from some of the heavier noise of the main roads. We started this construction business as a small outfit and it’s stayed pretty much like that since the beginning. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception desk. Most of the time, the desks are covered in site maps and tea mugs. We spend a lot of time talking about cement, steel, and labor costs. It’s not the most exciting stuff to talk about, but it’s what makes a building stand up. Faridabad-121009 is where we call home, and we know the local regulations and the people at the municipal office pretty well by now. Sometimes we run into delays because of the electricity or getting the right workers for a specific task, but that's just the reality of construction work. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just look at the job, see if we can do it, and then get started.
