Our workshop is over at Plot No 28 in Block 3/B of the NIT area in Faridabad. It’s right in the middle of a busy industrial block where everyone is making something. We focus on tools and metal parts. The shop floor is usually a bit messy with metal shavings and oil, but that’s how a real tool room looks. We have some old machines that have been with us since we started and a couple of newer ones we’ve added over the years. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s mostly just us working on the designs and getting the tools made to the right specs. We’ve had the same group of workers for a long time, so everyone knows what they’re doing without needing to be told much. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor so we can handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s loud in here when the machines are running, but we don't mind. People come to us when they need a specific tool or a part repaired. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just do the work, check the measurements, and hand it over. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve been in Block 3/B for a long time and we’re part of the local industrial community here. We just keep doing what we know how to do. There’s always a box of spare bolts somewhere if you look hard enough.
