Our shop is tucked away at Plot No 16, specifically Shop No 14 in the U Block of DLF City Phase III. Being right near the Royal Bank of Scotland makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are walking around the neighborhood. It is a lively part of the city and there is always something going on nearby. We spend our mornings checking listings and talking to people who want to move into the area. DLF Phase III has a lot of different types of housing, so we stay busy trying to keep track of everything. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us to meet and go over details. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with hundreds of agents. We are just a local team that knows these streets and the buildings around here quite well. Some days we spend more time outside showing flats than we do sitting behind our desks. It’s the kind of work where you meet a lot of different people, which makes the time go by fast. We deal with the usual rental stuff and some sales too. It’s mostly about knowing who is moving out and who is looking to move in. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If you need to chat about a place, we’re usually around. Most people find us through word of mouth, which we prefer over paying for big advertisements.
