JSMR BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is at SCO-2 in Sector-19. That is in Faridabad. It is a decent spot. We have been here doing the buildtech thing for a bit. The name JSMR comes from the family names mostly. It is a private limited setup. We spend our time looking at site maps and talking to engineers. Sector-19 is a nice part of town. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are mostly full. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot near SCO-2 in the afternoon. We see a lot of people coming in and out of the sector. It’s not a huge operation. Just some local guys who know how to put buildings together. We handle the technical side of things. It can get stressful when deadlines come up, but we manage. The office walls are painted an off-white color that is starting to peel a little in the corner. We don't mind it. It shows we are busy working instead of just decorating. Faridabad has changed a lot since we started. There are more buildings everywhere now. We keep our tools and some samples in the back room. It’s a bit cramped but it works for us. We drink far too much coffee. If you need the full address for the GPS, it is 121001. We are usually around if the door is unlocked. That is how we run things here. We just keep working through the piles of paperwork.
