You can find JOY B. Industries at Plot No. 162 in Sector-24 of Faridabad. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a while now. Sector-24 is a busy area with a lot of other factories and workshops around us. It’s the kind of place where you hear the sounds of industry as soon as you step out of the car. We aren't a massive corporation with a bunch of layers. It’s more of a direct operation here. We handle our daily production and try to keep things organized on the floor. Faridabad gets quite dusty and the summers are really hot, but we just get on with it. The plot isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of our time goes into the actual making of things rather than talking about it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the machines or checking on the latest batch of work. It’s a straightforward life running a business like this.
