We've been at House No. 3A/115 in NIT Faridabad for a while now. It's just a small office where we handle job placements. People come in looking for work and companies call us when they need someone to fill a spot. Most of the time it’s pretty busy with phones ringing and people asking for updates. We deal with all sorts of roles, mostly local stuff here in Faridabad. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of paperwork to sort through every day. My brother and I started this because we knew a lot of people struggling to find decent jobs near home. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking listings and calling back candidates. Sometimes it’s frustrating when a match doesn't work out, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. You won't find any big corporate talk here, just us trying to help people get to work. The neighborhood is okay, usually quite a bit of traffic outside our window in the afternoons. If you're looking for us, we're right there in the NIT area. We keep regular hours, mostly, unless something urgent comes up. It’s a lot of matching resumes to what shops or offices need. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep at it day after day because people need jobs and businesses need help.
