Jmd Properties

We run Jmd Properties from a house at D-74 in Sector 57, Sushant Loke. It is a residential area, so it is much quieter than being in a big commercial mall or a downtown office building. There are trees along the street and you can hear the birds in the morning. Our office is basically a converted room in the building. It has a very local, homey feel to it. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It is just us and a few tables where we keep our maps and property listings. Sector 57 has changed quite a bit since we first got here, with more houses and small shops popping up everywhere. Sushant Loke is a nice place to work because it doesn't feel so rushed. We often have people from the neighborhood just stop by to ask a quick question about a plot or a house nearby. We keep things very simple and practical. The kitchen in the back is where we make our lunch and talk about the day. There is no corporate polish here. The walls have a few scuffs and the door squeaks a little when you open it. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized. Jmd Properties is part of the local fabric here. It is just a plain office in a quiet sector where we get things done at our own pace.
