Down at 23/7 Mathura Road in Ballabgarh, there is always something moving. This is where we handle the big yellow machines everyone sees on construction sites. It is a massive place, and you can hear the sounds of the factory from a good distance away. There is a lot of steel and a lot of welding going on every day. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie to work. Most of us are in work boots, dealing with the heat and the noise of the plant. We spend our days putting things together and making sure the parts fit like they should. It is a lot of logistics, getting stuff in and out on the main highway. Mathura Road is always a mess with trucks and traffic, so that is just part of our daily life. We have got a big team here, and it feels like a small city sometimes. People come from all over to work in these sheds. It is practical work. You see the results of what you did by the end of the shift when a machine finally rolls out. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or meetings. We just focus on the assembly and the heavy lifting. It is a busy, dusty, and loud life, but it suits us just fine. We have been in Ballabgarh for years now and it’s become home for us.
