Bristal Hotel (5 Star) Gurgaon

Even though the name says Bristal Hotel (5 Star) Gurgaon, this particular office is actually located at House Number 1241 in Sector 2, Huda, Ballabgarh. That’s in Faridabad, Haryana. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite different from the busy hotel atmosphere you might expect. We use this space for our administrative work and handling various bookings. The building is a standard house in the Huda sector. It’s a bit of a drive from the actual hotel in Gurgaon, but this is where the paperwork gets sorted out. We’ve been here in Ballabgarh for a while. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small offices. There’s nothing very corporate about our setup here. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets. It’s a quiet place to get things done without the noise of the city. Sometimes people get a bit confused by the address being in Faridabad while the hotel is in Gurgaon, but we just explain it’s our back-office. We don't have any big mission statements or anything. We just focus on making sure the guest details and the accounts are right. The staff here are all local and we just get on with the job. It’s a simple, practical way to work. We don't need a fancy lobby to do this part of the business. It’s just an ordinary house where we do our daily chores to keep the hotel business running.
