Jain Masala Company

Jain Masala Company is over at Plot No-1856 in Sector 8 of Ballabgarh. We are right near the Shiv Mandir, so it’s easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. The area is usually busy with people going to the temple or just moving through the sector. Our place is basically just a workshop where we deal with different spices. You can usually smell the masala from the street before you even see the sign. It’s a lot of grinding and packing work. It’s not the cleanest job in the world because of all the powder in the air, but it’s what we do. The building is just a plain structure, nothing fancy or modern. We have been working from this plot for quite a while now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just show up, get the machines running, and start the day. Sometimes the noise from the grinders is a bit loud, but the neighbors don't seem to mind much. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the bags are filled and sealed properly. It’s simple, honest work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy office. Most of our time is spent on the floor, working with the raw materials. It’s just a small local business in Ballabgarh trying to get by.
