We are situated at Hno 1613 in Sainik Colony, Sector 49, Faridabad. This part of Faridabad has a mix of houses and small businesses, so it doesn’t feel like a cold industrial zone. The office is basically a converted house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate tower. We have different rooms for different tasks, and the main hall is where most of us sit. The walls are plain, and we have a few old maps and calendars hanging up. Faridabad can get incredibly hot and dusty, so we spend a lot of time making sure the air conditioners are actually working. Outside, the roads in the sector are wide enough, but they can get a bit bumpy. We have a small area in the front where we park our scooters and the occasional car. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the long Delhi commutes. We have a small stove in the back to make tea, and someone usually brings biscuits to share in the afternoon. It is a simple, no-nonsense setup. We focus on the engineering work we have to do and don't worry about much else. The atmosphere is friendly, like a family business where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We like being in this part of town because it is quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the main markets.
