J S Food Products India is based out in Village Jharsentli, which is right off Mathura Road. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like being out here where there is a little more space. We process different food items in our facility. The smell of whatever we are making that day usually fills the whole area around the building. It is a plain structure with a lot of stainless steel equipment inside. We have to keep everything very clean because it is food, so we spend a lot of time washing down the floors and the machines. The staff comes from the local village and some people commute from further away. Mathura Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the trucks rumbling by all day and night. We have a small area where we keep the finished products boxed up and ready to go. It is not a fancy corporate office. We have a couple of desks in the corner for paperwork, but mostly we are on our feet in the production area. Some days the heat is a bit much, but we have big exhaust fans to help. We have been operating here in Jharsentli for a while now and most people in the village know us as the local food unit.
