J.P. Industries

Our place is Plot No.E-143-144, which is inside the Suraj Industrial Complex. We are located in Sector-23 of Sanjay Colony. It’s a pretty large area, and we occupy a couple of units there. J.P. Industries is where we spend most of our waking hours. The complex is full of different shops, so there is always a lot of clanging and banging going on. Our units are mostly filled with lathes and other machinery. We don't have much of an office space, just a small table where we keep the invoices and a telephone that rings more than we’d like. The floors are stained with oil, and there are metal scraps in the corners that we need to sweep up more often. Sanjay Colony is a busy spot, and getting in and out of Sector-23 during shift changes can be a real struggle. We just try to plan our day around the traffic. We don't use any high-tech systems to run the place. It’s all very manual. We look at the drawings, set the machines, and get to work. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half a day fixing them ourselves. That’s just part of the job. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation. We just want to keep our units running and satisfy the folks who buy from us. It is a noisy life, but it suits us.
