We are located in Faridabad, which is a bit of a commute for some of us, but we’ve made it our home. The office isn't in a big glass skyscraper; it’s more of a practical building in a neighborhood that’s a mix of homes and small businesses. We have a bunch of desks shoved into a room that was probably meant for something else, but it works for what we do. The view out the window is mostly other rooftops and some power lines. It’s not very glamorous, but we aren't really the glamorous type anyway. There’s always a stack of resumes on someone’s desk and a phone that won't stop ringing. We spend a lot of time talking to people, trying to figure out who fits where, and it gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on a call at once. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where we roll our chairs back and forth. We have a small fridge that mostly holds milk for tea and someone’s leftover lunch from yesterday. Faridabad has a specific kind of energy—it’s industrious and a bit gritty. We fit right into that. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and we usually end up ordering food from the place down the street. It's just a regular office life.
