Innowave Solutions Pvt Ltd is run out of House No 593 in Sector-9. We are right in the middle of a residential part of Faridabad, which makes it feel less like a workplace and more like a home. It’s a decent neighborhood. You can hear the vegetable sellers going by in the morning and the kids playing after school. Since we are in a house, the layout is a bit funny for an office. We’ve got the computers set up in what used to be the living room and the dining area. It works for us because we don't need much more than a desk and a good chair. Haryana summers can be brutal, so we spent a good amount of money making sure the air conditioning actually works. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign outside. Most people who come here already know where we are. We spend our days dealing with tech problems and talking to clients on the phone. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have many formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something comes up. Lunch is usually a group affair in the kitchen. It’s a quiet way to work, away from the big industrial zones. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks we have for the week without making too much of a fuss about it.
