Our office is over at 3007 A, in the Housing Board area of Sector 55, Faridabad. It’s a typical Haryana industrial town setting where everything is about getting the job done. The surroundings are mostly other houses and small workshops that have been here for years. We work on gratings, which is heavy, dusty work that keeps us busy. The yard has metal pieces everywhere and the sound of cutting is pretty constant throughout the day. We aren't in a shiny business park with glass windows. It’s just a practical space where we can get the work done without distractions. The weather in Faridabad is either too hot or too cold, so we just adapt and keep moving. Most of the people working here live in the nearby sectors, so it’s a local crowd. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in the back checking the measurements on a fresh order. We use old-fashioned ledgers alongside the computer because we trust them more for daily records. Sometimes the trucks have trouble navigating the narrow lanes of the sector, but we’ve gotten good at guiding them in safely. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. We just focus on the orders we have on the desk. It’s a lot of manual work, but it’s honest. It’s just how we operate here.
