ICONIC INFRASTRUCTURE LLP

Our setup for ICONIC INFRASTRUCTURE LLP is actually inside The Pranayam in Sector 82/85. Specifically, we are in Flat 1602, Tower D4. It is a bit different running an infrastructure business from a residential tower in Greater Faridabad, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on our phones and laptops coordinating with crews and suppliers across the city. The view from the 16th floor is nice, though we are not usually looking at it. Most of the time, we are busy checking schedules and making sure materials arrive where they should. Greater Faridabad has grown so much in the last few years, and you can see new buildings going up everywhere from our balcony. We handle the behind-the-scenes planning and the technical parts of the projects. It can get a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once. We do not have a big storefront or anything like that. Just this flat where the main paperwork gets done. Sometimes clients come over to discuss things, and it feels more like a home visit than a corporate meeting. We keep a stack of blueprints in the corner and there is always tea or coffee going. It is a practical way to work without the overhead of a massive office block. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors do not seem to mind the occasional visitor. It keeps the business feeling local and manageable.
