Hydro Pneumatics & Spares

Hydro Pneumatics & Spares is located at Plot No. 1-E in the Northern India Complex. We are right on Mathura Road, at the 20/3 mark. It's a very busy stretch of road with a lot of heavy traffic, which is actually good for us since we deal with industrial spares. Our workshop is filled with valves, seals, and all sorts of pneumatic parts. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where every spare part is kept. We spend a lot of time helping people identify which specific part they need for their machinery. Often, they bring in a broken piece, and we have to find the match. It’s like a puzzle sometimes. The air in the shop usually smells like oil and metal. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing department. We just have our shelves and our tools. Most of our business comes from word of mouth among the factories in this industrial belt. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We work regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if a customer has a machine down and needs a part urgently. It’s just how things work in this industry. We keep it simple and focus on the spares. Most days are spent on our feet, checking bins and talking to people who stop by.
