Hresource Consultants

Hresource Consultants is located at House Number 676 in Sector 9, Faridabad. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a good number of years. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We run our consultancy from here. It’s not a flashy office, just a practical space where we can meet people and talk about jobs. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. People in Faridabad usually know where Sector 9 is, so it’s not too hard to find us. We started this because we knew a lot about how companies hire people. It’s just a few of us working together. We don't have a big HR department or anything because we are the HR people. Every morning we open up, make some coffee, and start going through resumes. Some days the internet acts up, but we manage. We’ve helped a lot of locals find work nearby and also some further away in Delhi or Gurgaon. It feels good when someone calls back to say they got the job. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. It's just a house that we use for our business. We like the personal feel of it. It makes people feel less nervous when they come in for a chat about their career. We've been doing this for a long time now and it's worked out well for everyone involved.
