Highland Town Planners & Developers Pvt Ltd is located in unit C-301 at Super Mart-II in DLF City Phase IV. It’s a busy shopping complex, so there’s always a lot of activity right outside our door. Our office is where all the actual planning happens. We have several large tables that are almost always covered in blueprints and site drawings. It’s a bit cluttered, but that’s just how we work. We aren't the kind of people who sit around in suits all day. You’re more likely to find us in dusty boots because we spend a lot of time visiting development sites. We’ve been working on projects in this area for a good number of years now. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before or heard about us through word of mouth. It’s a steady way to keep the business going. Sometimes we have to deal with the mall management about things like parking or signage, which can be a bit of a headache. But being in a central spot like Super Mart-II makes it easy for clients to find us. We just focus on getting the plans right and making sure the construction goes according to the drawings. It’s a lot of detail work, but we enjoy seeing the buildings actually go up. We just keep doing our work one project at a time.
