Helpskart House Services (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is at 102 New Bhood Colony, which is part of Sector 29 in Old Faridabad. It is a bit of a maze of streets around here, but once you find the colony, we are easy to spot. Helpskart House Services (Opc) Private Limited is run from this building. We do a lot of things related to fixing and helping out in houses around Faridabad. It is a busy city, so there is always someone needing something done. The office is just a simple room with a few phones and a lot of notebooks. We have people coming in and out all day, mostly the workers who go out to do the repairs or the cleaning. It gets a bit loud when everyone is there at once. I usually sit in the corner near the window so I can see who is coming up the street. Sector 29 is a good location because we can get to most parts of Faridabad quickly from here. We don't use any fancy software or anything, just a lot of calls and writing things down so we don't forget the details. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back. It is a very local operation. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us. We just try to keep up with the requests and make sure our guys are where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of running around.
