You can find us at Greater Kailash II, specifically at house number 3. It’s a bit of a different spot for a company dealing with coir, but we make it work. We’ve been handling coconut fiber and all sorts of coir products for a long time. The stuff comes in big bundles and we process it into whatever is needed. It’s a very earthy business. There’s always a bit of fiber dust in the air and that specific smell of dried husks. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building. We’re more of a traditional operation. The rooms are filled with samples of mats, ropes, and padding. People in GK II know us as the local source for these natural materials. We don't use much fancy machinery; a lot of it is about how the material feels in your hands. We spend our mornings checking the stock and the afternoons talkin to suppliers or customers who walk in. It’s a slow, steady kind of business. We don't see the need to change how we do things just because everything else is becoming digital. We like the physical nature of coir. It’s honest material and we’re honest people just running a business out of a basement and a few ground floor rooms. It can get a bit cluttered, but we always find what we need eventually. Every now and then someone asks why we still use old methods, and we just tell them it works for us.
