Our place is located in Faridabad N I T 17C, right in the middle of a residential area. Hbn Dairies & Allied Ltd has been around for a bit, and our mornings start very early before the sun is even up. That is when the milk arrives and we have to get everything organized. It can be cold in the winter months, standing out there with the crates. The shop is functional and simple, mostly focused on getting fresh dairy out to the people living nearby. We have big refrigerators that hum all day long, which is a sound you just get used to after a week. It is not a fancy office or a high-end store, just a practical space for dairy work. People from 17C come in for their daily needs, and we usually have a chat about the weather or local news. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a delivery is late, but we manage to sort it out. We have a small staff who have been with us for a long time, so we work well together. The floors are concrete and we keep them as clean as possible, which is a constant job with milk and water moving around. We don't spend much on advertising because people know where we are. It is honest work and we are glad to be part of the NIT neighborhood, providing what the local families need.
