Hatchjobs is based out of G1/104 in Charmwood Village, Faridabad. Haryana 121009 is a bit quieter than the main city parts of Delhi. Our office is basically a converted space that we use to keep track of all the people looking for work. We have computers set up and the phones ring quite a lot during the day. It’s not a huge corporate building with glass walls. It’s just a regular spot in a nice village area. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes we get so many calls that we have to take turns eating lunch. There are no fancy uniforms here or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable and get the jobs sorted out. The air conditioner works okay but on the really hot days, it struggles a bit. We have folders stacked up on the shelves and some on the floor because we ran out of space. It’s a bit cramped but we manage. People come by sometimes for interviews and they sit on the small sofa we have near the door. We don't have any big marketing team or anyone like that. We just do the work ourselves and try to keep everything organized. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going. We like the neighborhood and the people around here.
