You can find Harsh Metal over in Naher Par Village. We are set up in Jassi Colony, which is right near the Sai Mandir off Tigaon Road. It’s a local spot and most of the people who come by are from around here. We handle different kinds of metal. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can work and keep our tools. Tigaon Road gets pretty crowded, especially near the temple on certain days, so we have to plan our deliveries around that. It’s a small operation. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here handling the daily tasks. We don’t really have a big corporate structure. If you call, you’re probably going to talk to the same person who’s going to help you move the metal later. We spend a lot of time organizing the scrap and the new pieces so we can actually find things when we need them. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with heavy materials all day. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay on top of the requests that come in. It’s a simple business. We don’t use any complicated software or fancy gadgets. We just write things down and make sure the weight is right before anything leaves the shop.
