Group Fabricators

We set up Group Fabricators at the Indira Complex a while back. It’s located on Nehar Par Kheri Road, which is usually quite dusty because of all the heavy trucks going by all day long. We do a lot of metal work and welding here. The shop is basically a large shed where we keep the heavy machines and the raw materials. It’s loud most of the day because of the constant cutting and grinding of iron, but that’s just part of the job for us. We don’t have an office with air conditioning or anything fancy like that. Usually, you’ll find us in our old work clothes, covered in a bit of soot or grease from the machines. We take on jobs from the surrounding areas, mostly stuff for buildings or small projects people need made out of steel or aluminum. It gets really hot in the summer inside the complex, but we keep the big fans running and just get on with it. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing a lot of paperwork if we can help it. It’s more about using our hands and making sure the measurements are right on the pieces we build. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would because a machine breaks down or a supplier is late, but we fix it and keep moving. Most of our customers are other local businesses who have known us for several years and know where to find us.
