Our office is over at 348 Udyog Vihar Phase II. It is a really busy part of the city with so many companies and big warehouses all around us. Ground Realty Pvt Ltd has been based here for a good bit of time. The building we are in is just a standard one for this industrial area. We spend our mornings checking through emails and looking over the latest property listings that come in. Since we are in Udyog Vihar, things seem to move a bit faster than in other places. There is always the sound of trucks or cars moving around outside the window. We mostly handle commercial stuff and some residential places too. Our main desk is usually covered in site plans and a lot of legal documents that need sorting. It is definitely not a quiet place to work, but we have gotten used to the energy of the area. We have a small team here and we aren’t big on having those long, fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through what needs to get done for the day. Finding the right space for a client takes a lot of driving around and making phone calls. We know the roads in Phase II really well by now. Sometimes we end up staying late when things get really busy. It is just a regular office where we try to get things sorted for people looking for space.
