You can find us over in G Block of Palam Vihar. We are on the Sector Road, not far from Ansal Plaza. It’s a good location because we get people stopping by after they finish their shopping at the mall. Grewal Properties & Enterprises is a small operation. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s just a room with some files and a map of the area on the wall. We spend most of our time dealing with the houses and plots around Palam Vihar. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time and have seen it grow from almost nothing to what it is today. People come to us when they are looking for a place to stay or if they have a shop they want to lease out. We don't do flashy ads. We just put a sign in the window and talk to the people who walk through the door. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on empty properties. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we just say so. There’s no point in wasting anyone’s time. We know the local streets and the landlords around here. It’s a simple business built on knowing the area. We are usually here six days a week, just keeping things moving and helping people with their property needs without any fuss.
