Gresh Properties

Our place is right in the Sector 55 Main Market. We are very close to the Goal Chakkar, so it’s easy to spot us when you’re out doing your shopping. The market is always loud and full of life, which we like. Gresh Properties has been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. The office isn't very big, but it gets the job done. We have some old desks and a few chairs for visitors. People come in to ask about rentals or if any shops are coming up for sale in the market area. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just talk to people. Most of our work comes from someone telling their cousin or a friend to come see us. We know the ins and outs of Sector 55 pretty well. We’ve seen stores open and close and houses get rebuilt over the years. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just help with property papers and finding local spots for people. Sometimes we have a lot of options, and other times it's a bit dry. That’s just how the real estate business goes in this part of town. We stay open late sometimes if someone needs to drop off keys or sign a paper after work. It’s just how we run things every day.
