You can find GPL REALTECH PRIVATE LIMITED over in Sector-16 of Faridabad. We’re located at number 890, right on the first floor. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy to get to, and we’ve been here long enough that most people in the neighborhood know where we are. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our computers and all the project files. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors. Sector-16 is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle various real estate tasks, from looking at new sites to making sure the legal bits are sorted out. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes I'm answering the phones and other times I'm out at a site. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some huge international corporation. We’re just a Faridabad business trying to help people find the right space or get their buildings sorted. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, but they lead to a space where we work hard every day. We’ve had our share of long afternoons and early starts.
