Globalhunt

We are based at 5 J / 78 in the NIT area of Faridabad. It’s a busy part of town with a lot going on outside our windows. Globalhunt is where we spend most of our waking hours, sitting at our desks and trying to find the right people for various jobs. It’s a lot of searching and calling people back. Sometimes it feels like we are looking for a needle in a haystack, but we just keep at it. The office isn't very big, so we all know each other’s business pretty well. We have a lot of files stacked up and the coffee machine is usually running. Faridabad is a good place for this kind of work because there are so many people looking for something better. We get all sorts of folks walking in, some who are nervous and some who have a lot of experience. We just listen to what they need and see if we have anything that fits. It’s a lot of administrative work, which can get a bit dry, but seeing someone get a call back makes it worth the effort. We don't use any fancy software that promises miracles, just basic databases and our own memory of who we’ve talked to before. It’s straightforward work. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. That’s just the way it is here in NIT. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
