You will find Geeta Properties on the ground floor at G-1, Sco 9 in Sector-16. It is a pretty straightforward location to find if you are familiar with the sector layout. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they have a question about a house or a piece of land. We have been in Sector-16 for a good while now. The office is a basic setup with some chairs and a few desks where we keep our files. We focus on properties around this area and the nearby sectors. It is a quiet place most of the time, though we do get busy during the middle of the day. We don't have a corporate office feel; it is more like a local shop where you can come in and talk. We handle the paperwork and the visits to different sites ourselves. We have seen how the prices in Sector-16 have changed over the years. We just try to keep up with the daily tasks of being property dealers. There isn't any big mission statement or anything like that here. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and get to work. It is a practical business run by people who live and work in the same neighborhood. If you are passing by SCO 9, you will likely see our sign. We keep our coffee pot going and wait for the next person to come by.
