Gee Emm Steel Industries

Gee Emm Steel Industries has been around for a good while now at B-274, Nehru Ground in Nit. Most of the folks in the local area know us by sight even if they haven't come inside yet. It’s a busy spot, and things can get a bit hectic with the traffic around Nit, but we manage to keep our corner running. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we are just a local steel shop where we handle the daily grind. My family has put a lot of years into this place, and you can see that in the way the floors are worn down. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for years, and they know the inventory better than I do sometimes. If you come by, you'll see we keep a lot of different metal items stacked up in no particular order. It’s not the cleanest or the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is kept. Sometimes the rain gets in through the side door and we have to scramble to dry things off before they rust. It’s just the way it goes here. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person writing things for us. I’m just writing this so people know we’re still here at Nehru Ground and still doing what we’ve always done. We try to be fair and get people what they need without a lot of fuss. It’s just a regular business with regular people.
