GARIMA MARKETING isn't a huge setup with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team working out of this spot in Faridabad. The building is a regular one, much like the others in this part of N.I.T. It can get quite busy during the afternoons. We have a routine that we follow every morning when we open up. It involves checking what came in the day before and seeing what needs to go out. The area around 5-C-77 is mostly other businesses and some residential blocks nearby. It feels like a normal neighborhood where everyone is just trying to do their job. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they live nearby. The interiors are plain with just some desks and shelves. We prefer keeping things simple instead of spending on decorations that don’t help the work. It gets quite cold here in the winters, so we keep the chai going all day long. In the summer, the fans are always on. It is a steady place to work. We are happy with how things are going in our corner of Faridabad. There is always something to do but we don't rush.
