G. N. Tools & Components

G. N. Tools & Components is over in the Dabua Ext. area, right on the Dabua Pali Road in Nit. It's a busy part of the city with lots of small manufacturing units. Our place is at A-28. It’s not a very big shop, but we pack a lot into it. We have bins filled with all sorts of small components that factories use. Usually, it's pretty messy because we are always pulling things out to show people. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name painted on the wall. The guys who work in the local shops know where we are. We have been working here for quite some time now. Some days it is just me sitting here listening to the radio and waiting for the phone to ring. We get a lot of walk-ins who just need one or two pieces to fix a machine. We don't mind that. The floor is mostly dusty because of the road outside. We try to sweep it every morning, but the trucks kick up a lot of dirt. It’s a practical place for people who do real work. We don't sell anything fancy. Just tools and the parts that keep things running. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through a new shipment of bolts or drill bits. It's a lot of manual work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
