G M Estate & Developers Pvt Ltd is located at 100 Sector 30. It’s a simple office space where we handle all our daily business. Sector 30 is a place we’ve grown quite used to over the years. Our office isn’t very large, but it serves its purpose for the work we do. Most mornings start with checking the mail and organizing the schedule for the day. There are always people coming in and out asking about plots or new developments nearby. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what we know. The office at number 100 has been our base for a long time. It can get a bit noisy when there is construction work happening on the street, but that’s normal for a developing sector. We keep a few chairs for guests and a big table where we go over plans and paperwork. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes we are out on site more than we are in the office, but there is usually someone around. We don't really do much in the way of fancy advertising. Most people just know where we are or hear about us from someone else in the sector. It's a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the local property scene as best as we can. It’s just how we run things.
