Frontages Properties is based out of Office No 108 in Dashmesh Plaza. We are right on the first floor, which makes it easy for people to find us without having to wander around too much. We’re situated at Ajronda Chowk in Sector 20B. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always noise and movement outside. We like it that way because it feels like we’re in the middle of everything. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and figure out property deals and management. We started this because we knew the local area well and wanted to work for ourselves. Most days involve talking to people on the phone or meeting them out at different properties. We don’t use those slick sales pitches you hear from the big firms. We just tell people how it is. It’s a lot more relaxed that way. Being in Dashmesh Plaza has been good for us since we moved in. The space is just big enough for our small team. Sometimes the traffic at Ajronda Chowk is a nightmare, but you get used to it. We spend our time looking at listings and trying to match things up for people who come to us. It’s straightforward work. If you’re ever near the plaza and need to talk about property, you can usually find one of us hanging around the office. We are happy with how things are going.
