Faruqi Sales Corporation

We are located right here on Sohna Road, not too far from the main Gol Chakkar. It is a busy spot and you can always hear the traffic passing by throughout the day. The shop stays quite dusty because of all the construction and cars moving around outside, so we spend a lot of time just wiping things down. Most mornings start with unlocking the heavy shutters and letting some air in before the sun gets too high. It gets really hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps things moving. People usually stop by while they are on their way somewhere else since the roundabout is such a major landmark for everyone in this part of town. We keep a stack of old registers on the desk for keeping track of things and there is always a half-empty box of tea biscuits sitting around somewhere. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get around to it. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two and we just sit by the door to catch the breeze. It is just a normal place where we spend our hours from morning until late evening. Most of the regulars know us by name now since we have been at this location for a while. There is nothing fancy about how we run things, just showing up and doing the work every day.
